Food Service Terms and Conditions

Minimum Order
  • Orders will not be accepted for less than one full case pack of any item.
Returns
  • Returns: No merchandise may be returned without prior written authorization from Mauviel USA. All return requests must be in writing. There will be a 30% restocking fee for all authorized returns, received in saleable condition.
Premium Shipments
  • Premium shipments: All requests for UPS / FEDEX or other expedited shipments must be in writing. Expedited defined as overnight or 2 day guaranteed shipments.
Changes & Cancellations
  • Changes & Cancellations: All requests for changes or cancellations must be in writing.
Freight
  • Freight: All freight charges will be added to the invoice.
